Time of Day

For my browser homepage, I decided to make a "Time of Day" webpage. This webpage displays the current time and date, an appropriate greeting, a progress bar of the day, and a random image related to that time. It also allows customizations including a name, 12 vs 24 hour time, and photo filter. These customizations utilize local storage to remember user preferences when returning.
